There are hotels that impress you with marble lobbies, enormous spas and perfectly choreographed service. And then there are places that win you over for completely different reasons.
Tria Adelphia is family-run, relaxed and refreshingly personal. The accommodation ranges from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments and family maisonettes, all designed around the freedom of a self-catering Corfu holiday.
But the rooms aren't really the reason this place stays with you. It's the people. The Gianniotis family have been welcoming guests here since 1993, and that sense of family involvement runs through the entire experience.

This Is What Greek Hospitality Feels Like
We have a real soft spot for Tria Adelphia. Not because it tries to be something it isn't. Quite the opposite. There's an authenticity here that you simply can't manufacture. The atmosphere is informal, the welcome is genuine and you quickly get the feeling that the people looking after you actually care whether you're enjoying your holiday.
It's the sort of place where days naturally become slower. Breakfast by the pool. A day exploring Corfu. Back for a drink. Dinner without needing to go anywhere. A conversation that lasts longer than you expected. And before long, you're no longer feeling quite so much like a hotel guest. You're simply part of the place for a while. That's what makes Tria Adelphia special to us.

Tria Adelphia captures something that bigger hotels often spend a fortune trying to recreate: a genuine sense of belonging.
It isn't about grand entrances or over-the-top luxury. It's about waking up somewhere peaceful, being greeted by people who remember you, eating food made with care and settling into the slower rhythm that makes a Corfu holiday feel like a proper escape.
The accommodation gives you independence, the pool invites lazy afternoons and having food, drinks, transport and local knowledge available through one family makes the whole experience remarkably easy. But facilities aren't what we'd remember most. We'd remember the welcome.
For us, Tria Adelphia represents the side of Greece we love seeking out — independent, family-run and completely comfortable in its own identity. Sometimes luxury isn't about how many stars are beside a hotel's name. Sometimes it's simply being made to feel at home.
